A BT fibre circuit has gone down, affecting the Godalming & Haslemere Exchanges. This will affect customers with the letters THGG or THHM after the @ symbol in their username.

BT are aware of the issue, and hope to have the outage resolved as soon as possible.

It appears a UPS (Power Supply) has failed in the Westminster exchange, causing the current outage. An engineer is currently on the way with replacement hardware.

The exchange hardware in Soho appears to be dropping every few minutes. This has been raised with the equipment vendor, who are currently investigating the cause.

Following a suspected hardware failure on one piece of equipment, several devices now appear to have lost power completely.

BT have arranged for an engineer to attend the exchange for further investigation.

A BT engineer is currently on site, and is replacing a blown fuse. We hope to have connectivity restored shortly after this work is complete.
